1. General Terms

By placing an order with Vernity, the client explicitly waives their own standard terms and conditions. Any variation or modification to these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing by Vernity in advance.

2. Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase (1-day payment timeframe). Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is successfully received. Vernity does not charge late fees.

3. Shipping & Damaged Goods

Vernity strives to ship all orders within stated timeframes. In the event of unforeseen shipping delays caused by Vernity, appropriate compensation or order updates will be provided to the client. If goods arrive damaged, clients are entitled to return the damaged items for a replacement or refund in accordance with our return process.

4. Returns & Claims

To be admissible, any claims regarding missing items, defective products, or return requests must be submitted to Vernity within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vernity undertakes to provide quality products and reliable services. However, Vernity shall not be held liable for indirect damages, unexpected transit delays outside our control, or claims filed against the client by third parties or end consumers.

6. Governing Law

All contractual relations, purchases, and disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through Vernity shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States of America.
